Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rocket Man (ranked 4100 p4p, 4802 weight class) and Judge The Law (ranked 438 p4p, 482 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Rocket Man! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Judge The Law! The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Don Winkell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! The Law has Man up against the cage in a clinch.

Man is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in The Law's half guard. Man thows a huge punch but The Law dodges it nicely.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Man has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by The Law after a bit of a struggle. The Law working aggressively here.
Both fighters working to control the clinch. The Law's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Judge The Law seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. The Law drives through and clinches with Man against the cage.
Man drops down looking for an ankle pick but The Law pulls his leg out and moves away.
The Law closes the distance and pushes Man back into the cage. A head punch blocked on the inside by The Law. Man tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. The Law just stands there and leans against the cage. Man jumps guard but The Law turns him against the cage and keeps the fight standing. Man tries to score a body lock takedown but The Law shows good agility there to stay on his feet. Man is looking to take this one to the mat. The Law escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The Law scores with a one two! Man had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. The Law throws a right and a left that Man avoids nicely. The Law clinches with his opponent.
Man is trying to work for a single leg takedown but The Law pulls him back up using the underhooks. This has been an exciting period of action! The Law prevents the takedown attempt.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Man has dropped down and is looking to force the takedown but it's defended by The Law after a bit of a struggle. The Law throws a punch but it's blocked by Man. Man tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. The Law smiles and moves away.

Man blocks a body shot from The Law. Man wants the takedown. The Law is fighting it off but Man persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in The Law's guard against the cage. The Law bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Man's guard. The Law sitting in guard, not really doing much.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The Law got a little sloppy there for a moment and Man has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, The Law has managed to get both his arms back between Man's legs - danger averted. The Law is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The Law gets to his feet - Man follows without any prompting. Some wild striking there from The Law.
The Law tries to close the distance and clinch but Man swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. The Law has closed the distance and engaged Man in a clinch.

The Law is struggling to control the position. Man is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but The Law is defending well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Man has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but The Law regains guard immediately. Man engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. The Law tries to land a sweep but no joy. Man trying to control the position from guard on top but The Law is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The Law wants to stand but Man is controlling the position. The Law has been the more effective fighter overall so far. The Law keeping full guard, as Man tries to pass. Man postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. There's a bit of a scramble here and now The Law is on top in guard.
The Law is stalling in the full guard. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Judge The Law showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round!
The Law rushes Man and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Man tries for a takedown. No joy.
Man jumps guard but The Law stands there with Man around his waist. Man gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

Man wants to work for an arm triangle but The Law is really keeping half guard well and defending the submission attempt.

More stalling from The Law. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Both fighters have adopted an aggressive gameplan on the ground! Man tries to escape but The Law has the hooks in and won't let him break free.

Let's hope that The Law has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. The Law is trying to stick to Man's back but Man is turning into The Law. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in The Law's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Man. The Law looking to hit a scissor sweep but Man is one step ahead there. Man drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Man jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. The Law looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Man throws a big right hand that misses. Man wants to pass the guard but The Law is keeping the position. The Law looking for a sweep. Not yet The Law, not yet.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The Law controlling the position. Man is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. The Law is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. The Law is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. The adventures of The Law the control monster continue. Boring.
And that's the end of the fight! Judge The Law comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well The Law has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
