Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Polish Power (ranked 69 p4p, 470 weight class) and Marcel Thibodeaux (ranked 6 p4p, 37 weight class). Power comes to the cage accompanied by Xanadu by Ummet Ozcan. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Polish Power!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 16 - 11 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Marcel Thibodeaux!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Atkins and Sam Margolis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

And Power counters with a quick kick to the body but Thibodeaux blocks it.

and Power counters with a lovely straight right hand!
Power looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Thibodeaux crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Power - the referee stops the clock and Thibodeaux gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Power. Thibodeaux manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Power moves forwards but Thibodeaux connects with a nice, crisp jab.
Power bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.
Thibodeaux misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
A close round but Marcel Thibodeaux will probably get the nod.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Thibodeaux takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Thibodeaux has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Power.

Power swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Thibodeaux tries to clinch up but Power circles away and keeps his distance.

Marcel Thibodeaux seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Power wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Power keeps Thibodeaux at a distance using the push kick.
Power's jab looks to have found its range, popping Thibodeaux under the eye.
That kick from Power tenderised Thibodeaux's leg. Thibodeaux is trying to keep his angry face on.

and Power counters with a nice right hand that sends Thibodeaux toppling to the canvas! Thibodeaux scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Power finish him?!

Thibodeaux leaves his chin hanging out and Power seizes the opportunity with an uppercut! Thibodeaux crumbles to the floor in a heap, and the referee steps in and tends to the downed fighter! What a knockout!
