Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shirou Masuda and Yuuki Gou.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wick defending well as Masamba loads up on a big left hand.
Wick throws a poor cross that misses
and Wick takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Wick throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Wick throws a leg kick which misses Masamba's front leg but catches the back leg as Masamba tries to avoid it.
Masamba looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Masamba takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Wick bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Masamba's head backwards.
It looks like Lutalo Masamba has been cut.
Wick moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
A slow jab from Masamba misses its intended target.
Wick ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Wick throws a leg kick that is checked
enabling Masamba to counter with a crisp jab.
Masamba blocks a head kick by Wick.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Wick slips under a jab.
Wick drops Masamba with a beautiful combination! Masamba stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Wick is looking for the KO!
Masamba is rocked!
That's one minute gone in the round.
Wick darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Masamba's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Wick before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:09 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). John Wick!
After winning the bout, John Wick thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
