Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ephraim Goodweather (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Goodweather's entrance music is Alkaline Trio - Private Eye. A fine choice. Anderson Gracie will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ephraim Goodweather!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Anderson Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Steve Erwin and John Mangel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gracie tries to close the distance and clinch but Goodweather swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Gracie looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
Goodweather drives through with a takedown into guard.
Goodweather is looking to work some ground and pound but Gracie has wrist control.
Goodweather postures up and lands a big shot to Gracie's brow.
Gracie has momentary wrist control but Goodweather slips an elbow through the middle.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Gracie keeping moving, preventing Goodweather from controlling successfully.
Goodweather thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Goodweather slips effortlessly into side control - very nice.
Goodweather in side control lands a decent elbow.
Goodweather lands a few punches from side control.
Goodweather working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Goodweather is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Gracie looks calm but he's in trouble here. Goodweather gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Gracie is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Goodweather lets go of the hold and Gracie can pop his arm back in it's socket.
