Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ram Muteshanco (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brad Connor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Muteshanco comes into the arena with Hells Bells blaring out of the sound system. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ram Muteshanco! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Brad Connor! The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Ivan Kurochkin and Viktor Lagutenko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Muteshanco changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Connor tries to avoid it but Muteshanco manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Connor to the ground. Connor escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Connor gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Muteshanco counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Muteshanco. Muteshanco wants to control from the top but Connor keeps moving. Connor is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Muteshanco slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Muteshanco trying to control the position but Connor is working away. Muteshanco knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Connor on the ground. Connor parries the strikes from Muteshanco easily there. Muteshanco is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Connor to escape.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Muteshanco is looking to take a break and control but Connor is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Muteshanco cracks Connor with an elbow. That is naaassty. You can see the frustration on Connor's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Muteshanco in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.
That's one minute gone in the round. Connor is looking to regain half guard here but Muteshanco keeps moving and retains side control. Sloppy strikes there by Muteshanco. Muteshanco with the ground and pound but Connor regains half guard under the barage of strikes. Connor has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Muteshanco is working away from the top position though. Connor is refusing to be controlled, as Muteshanco sits in half guard. Muteshanco is keeping good posture, landing some ground and pound. Connor avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Muteshanco. Muteshanco tries to pass to full mount but Connor defends it. Connor looking for submissions off his back.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Muteshanco is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Muteshanco wants to stand up but Connor has a hold of him and won't allow it. Connor is looking to improve his position.
Muteshanco is keen to just control but Connor is a slippery customer.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Muteshanco takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Connor misses with an uppercut. Connor fails with the takedown and Muteshanco counters with a nice double leg into guard. Connor looks gassed! Muteshanco throws a big right hand that misses. Connor trying to keep a closed guard but Muteshanco is proving a slippery customer.
Muteshanco lands a couple of digs. Muteshanco is working Connor over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Muteshanco postures up.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Connor forces Muteshanco back against the cage and clinches. Muteshanco pulls guard effortlessly. Connor preventing the sweep. Connor stops Muteshanco from standing up. Connor working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Muteshanco's head. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Muteshanco wants to improve his position but instead Connor has moved into half guard.

Ram Muteshanco dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Muteshanco closes the distance and clinches up with Connor, looking for a takedown. Muteshanco pushes Connor against the cage but Connor circles to the side and manages to break the clinch. Connor with a poor takedown and Muteshanco counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Connor! Muteshanco is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Connor can't stay in a position like this for much longer.

Connor suckers Muteshanco into throwing a sloppy strike and uses the momentum to reverse the position beautifully! Connor is now in Muteshanco's guard!

Muteshanco is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Muteshanco is trying to escape the mount.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Muteshanco is trying to escape the mount.
Muteshanco wants to hold on but Connor pushes him away. Muteshanco regains half guard. Neither fighter is being very active at the moment, with Connor in particular looking to stall. Connor working Muteshanco over with strikes. Muteshanco has hold of Connor's hands but Connor slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Muteshanco closes this distance looking for a takedown but Connor circles away. Muteshanco tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Connor swivels and escapes. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ram Muteshanco. That's going to take a lot out of him. Connor throws a right hand that Muteshanco ducks under and follows up with a left that Muteshanco also avoids with ease. Connor misses with a two punch combination.

Muteshanco with shots to the head and body - Connor looks very uncomfortable down there. Connor manages to work a leg through to get back to half guard here. Ram Muteshanco dominated that second round. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Nice defenses there by Muteshanco. Muteshanco feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Muteshanco cracks Connor with a solid left hand. Muteshanco trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Connor utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Connor looking to hit a scissor sweep but Muteshanco is one step ahead there. Muteshanco stays in close to Connor's body and controls the position. Connor working a defensive guard here.
Brad Connor has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Muteshanco drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Muteshanco moving around in side mount but really he's just happy to control for now. Connor gets back to half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Ram Muteshanco showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Muteshanco, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
