Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Tom Obama (ranked 356 p4p, 454 weight class) and Jerome Kyrylo (ranked 47 p4p, 58 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 44 - 18 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Tom Obama! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 13 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jerome Kyrylo! The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Taro Takaoka and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Good standup being displayed there by Obama as he connects with a hook. Kyrylo stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Obama. Kyrylo throws a poor cross that misses
and Obama cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Sloppy strikes from Kyrylo. Those never looked like landing. Kyrylo tries to clinch there but Obama circles away.
Kyrylo lands a nice shot to the body.
Kyrylo looks to clinch and Obama counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kyrylo takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Obama takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Obama closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kyrylo pushes Obama back against the cage and unloads with a body punch. A right hand to the body from Kyrylo.

Kyrylo can't find room to land a body shot as Obama controls the action.
Obama looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now. Kyrylo pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Obama pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way. Kyrylo throws out a loose jab but Obama uses good head movement to avoid it. Obama throws a quick counter kick to the body but Kyrylo avoids it. Obama looks for the body kick but Kyrylo saw that one coming. Obama looks to score with a jab to the body but Kyrylo is just out of range. Obama with a nice cross.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kyrylo throws a nice looking combination but Obama bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Obama jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit. Obama definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. A slapping leg kick lands for Obama.
Kyrylo throws an overhand right that lands on Obama's shoulder, as Obama tries to avoid the shot. Obama shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Obama throws a big shot that misses. Kyrylo lands a monster head kick that reverborates around the arena! The crowd goes wild as Obama crumples to the floor! Kyrylo milks the crowd's applause and if that isn't knockout of the night, I will be very surprised!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:49 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Jerome Kyrylo! An out of breath Jerome Kyrylo thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
