The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Drummond displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Takeda throws out the jab.
Takeda lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
Takeda throws a jab when Drummond was well out of range.

Takeda looks to score with a jab to the body but Drummond is just out of range.

It seemed like Takeda was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.
Drummond drops his hands momentarily and Takeda takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

Takeda connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Deebo Drummond's cut is getting worse.
Takeda sends Drummond crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Takeda is motioning to the referee to let Drummond up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

Drummond walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Takeda! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!
