Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Nathanial Burch!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Xander Walls!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Kenichi Hosakawa and Ren Mimura.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Burch shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Walls pinned against the cage. Walls gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Burch looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Walls throws a nice inside leg kick.
Walls lands a big head kick that sends Burch tumbling to the mat! Walls takes a step backwards and waves Burch back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Burch is rocked!
It looks like Nathanial Burch has been cut.
Walls throws a body shot but no joy.
Burch was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Oh Burch is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Walls feints a jab and as Burch dips his head, Walls unleashes a brutal head kick that catches Burch right on the jaw! Timbeeer! Burch falls backwards in slow motion, only propped up by the cage! Walls smiles a psychotic smile as he stares down his unconscious opponent. That is a scary man.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Xander Walls!
An out of breath Xander Walls thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
