Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sss Sss (ranked 22870 p4p, 5485 weight class) and Sss Sss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 24 - 128 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sss Sss! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 121 - 32 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sss Sss! The judges for this bout are George Francis, Chris Downing and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Fighter B shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Fighter A counters with a flying knee. Nice. Fighter B gets the takedown into side control. Fighter A is looking for a sweep. A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. It looks like Fighter B might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. Fighter B lands some shots froms side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. You can see the frustration on Fighter A's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Fighter A isn't going anywhere. Fighter A is being controlled here. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Fighter B looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Fighter A is avoiding damage well.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Fighter A shoots in looking for a takedown. Fighter B tries to sprawl out of it but Fighter A keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Fighter B manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Fighter B. Fighter B shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Fighter A as he jumps to the side. Sss Sss has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sss Sss. No luck for Fighter B with that takedown attempt. Fighter A went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Fighter A fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Fighter B follows through with a counter body kick but it doesn't land. Fighter B manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Fighter A on his heels. He'll look to pass Fighter A's guard now, I'm sure. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Fighter A trying to keep a closed guard but Fighter B is proving a slippery customer.
Fighter B content to stall in guard here. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Sss Sss dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. Fighter A shoots and misses and Fighter B counters with a solid body kick. Fighter B shoots and misses and Fighter A counters with a nice body kick.
Fighter A will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Fighter B replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Fighter A blocks it well. Fighter A drives through with a takedown into Fighter B's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter B trying to control the position here. Fighter A preventing the sweep.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter A is stalling in the full guard. Fighter B throwing strikes off his back to little effect.
Fighter A controlling from the top position. Fighter A trying to control the position from guard on top but Fighter B is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace.
That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Fighter A controlling from the top position.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Fighter B gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Fighter A to score an easy takedown into full guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter A being controlled here momentarily. Fighter B keeping full guard, as Fighter A tries to pass. Fighter B is pulling down on Fighter A's head. It's preventing any offense from Fighter A, at least for the moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Fighter A sitting in guard here, content to control. Fighter A seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Fighter B for as long as he can get away with. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Sss Sss dominated that second round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. This is the final round! Fighter A leaves Fighter B with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Fighter A jinks towards his opponent looking like he wants to counter with a mid kick but doesn't commit. Fighter B shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Fighter A but Fighter A pushes him off and we're back to square one. Fighter A feinted with a counter takedown. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter B closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Fighter A did well to prevent Fighter B getting side control.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter A on the receiving end of some nice ground and pound. Fighter B perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there. Fighter A is trying is best to control the position here. Fighter A is trying to get back to full guard. Fighter B performing his best blanket impression for a moment. Fighter A is trying to maintain the position but Fighter B is very close to passing his half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Fighter A throws a strike from the bottom that misses.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Fighter A shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Fighter B but Fighter B pushes him off and we're back to square one. Fighter B thinks about the counter body kick. Fighter A closes this distance looking for a takedown but Fighter B circles away. Fighter B appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter B shoots in and gets a takedown into Fighter A's guard. Fighter B is looking to work some ground and pound but Fighter A has wrist control. Fighter A looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it. Fighter B not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Fighter A tries to land a sweep but no joy.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fighter A pulls Fighter B in close to his closed guard and prevents Fighter B from doing any damage or advancing position. Fighter B working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Fighter B controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Fighter B shoots in for a takedown but Fighter A shows good takedown defense. Fighter A quickly followed up with a counter body kick but doesn't connect.
And that's the end of the fight! Sss Sss comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Fighter B has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
