Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Brody Gibson (ranked 1912 p4p, 2288 weight class) and Rogan Josh (ranked 196 p4p, 229 weight class). Josh has chosen Radar Love - Golden Earring as his entrance music. Rogan Josh will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Brody Gibson!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Rogan Josh!
The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Gregory Folan and Trevor Gratis.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gibson slips a straight right by Josh.
Gibson drops down looking for a counter takedown but Josh sprawls and moves away.
Gibson displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Josh throws out the jab.
Josh has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Josh throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Gibson defending well as Josh loads up on a big left hand.
Josh misses with an uppercut.
Josh scores with a hook to the body. Gibson takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Josh scores with a slapping inside leg kick.
A looping hook to the body misses from Gibson. Josh does a little dance to reset his feet.
Gibson definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Josh bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Gibson walks forward, straight into a front kick from Josh.
Gibson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Josh pinned against the cage. Josh gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Josh thows a body kick. Gibson tries to catch it but that hurt him.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Gibson looks for a takedown but Josh sprawls well.

Gibson dives in and grabs Josh's left leg, looking for a takedown. Josh pushes down on Gibson's head and hops out.

Gibson misses with a straight left.
The fighters circling - Josh throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Josh takes a shot to the body in his stride.
Josh on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Gibson throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Josh connects with a high kick.

Josh lands with an uppercut that bounces Gibson off the cage and back into range.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Gibson walks into a straight right hand from Josh.
Josh scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
Gibson is rocked!
Josh paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Oh Gibson is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Josh cracks Gibson with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Josh has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Gibson to stand back up!
Josh swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
A big right from Gibson misses.
Josh blocks a jab.
Gibson throws a good cross that connects.
Josh cracks Gibson with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
BOOM! Josh lands a beautiful left hook that drops Gibson. Gibson tries to recover but Josh is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Gibson lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Rogan Josh!
After winning the bout, Rogan Josh thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
