Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Cole Orion (ranked 3876 p4p, 3898 weight class) and Hiroshimo Sakamoto (ranked 353 p4p, 357 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 1 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Hiroshimo Sakamoto!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yuuki Gou and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.
Sakamoto attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Sakamoto checks the leg kick nicely there.
Orion throws out a leg kick but Sakamoto moves out of range and Orion only half commits.
Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world.

Sakamoto checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Sakamoto appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.
Sakamoto looks for the body kick but Orion saw that one coming.
A bone on bone clash there as Orion blocks the leg kick.
Orion feinted there with a counter leg kick.
Orion misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Sakamoto.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.

Sakamoto replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Orion blocks it well.
And that's the end of the fight!
That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Cole Orion.
Well Orion has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
