Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ratibor Volkov (ranked 4163 p4p, 5081 weight class) and Rocco Archer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rocco Archer is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Ratibor Volkov!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Rocco Archer!
The judges for this bout are Aleksandr Martynov, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Konstantin Menshow.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Archer changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Volkov tries to avoid it but Archer manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Volkov to the ground. Volkov escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Archer moves in looking to clinch but Volkov pushes him off.
Volkov scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Archer doesn't seem bothered though.
Good shot there by Volkov.
Volkov scores with a jab to the jaw.
Volkov lands a body shot.
Archer looks winded!
Volkov throws a good cross that connects.
Volkov digs a good hook to Archer's body.
A jab from Volkov finds it's way through Archer's defenses.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Volkov drops Archer with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Archer looks back up at him and smiles so Volkov waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Archer is rocked!
Volkov stuns Archer with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Archer is still on wobbly legs! Can Volkov finish him?
Volkov ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Archer out cold! The fight is over!

After winning the bout, Ratibor Volkov thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
