Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Haisam Moghadam (ranked 2314 p4p, 2507 weight class) and Harun Aydin (ranked 302 p4p, 327 weight class). Aydin has chosen Mockingbird - Eminem as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 9 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Harun Aydin!
The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Daniel Franklin and Tiny Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Moghadam clinches up against the cage.
Aydin manages to break the clinch.
A jab from Aydin misses.
Aydin waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Moghadam.
Moghadam looked to counter with a high kick but didn't commit.
Moghadam scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Aydin doesn't seem bothered though.
Aydin misses with a hook. Moghadam ducked under it nicely.
Aydin comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Moghadam looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Moghadam blocks a jab.
Moghadam lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Moghadam loads up on a big right hand but Aydin slips the punch.

Aydin feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Moghadams jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Aydin has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Moghadam.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

Aydin throws an overhand right that lands on Moghadam's shoulder, as Moghadam tries to avoid the shot.
We've been informed that Aydin has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.
Moghadam lands with an uppercut that bounces Aydin off the cage and back into range.

Moghadam is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Moghadam fakes the body blow, causing Aydin to drop his hands! Left hook to the temple! Aydin goes stiff, and falls face first into the mat. Goodnight!

A relieved looking Haisam Moghadam thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
