And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 6 - 8 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Donovan Lang!
The judges for this bout are Paul Aken, Albert Achterberg and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cabral takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.
Lang lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Cabral circles away quickly and effectively.
Lang lands with a shot to the body.
Cabral goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
Lang looks to land a combination but Cabral avoids it well.
Lang throws a poor cross that misses
and Cabral counters with a head kick that crumples his opponent - he's in a world of trouble! Cabral looks at the referee who does nothing so Cabral lands a crushing right that sends Lang to the floor! This time the ref steps in to end the fight.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Emberson Cabral!
