Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rudo Ryokale (ranked 2472 p4p, 24284 weight class) and Sandor CleaPain (ranked 154 p4p, 257 weight class). Sandor CleaPain will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Rudo Ryokale! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Sandor CleaPain! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ryokale misses with a body shot.
CleaPain tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Ryokale looks to score with a jab to the body but CleaPain is just out of range. CleaPain is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Ryokale throws a head kick that misses. CleaPain with the counter takedown but Ryokale avoids it easily. Ryokale misses with a wild body shot. CleaPain changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Ryokale throws a looping overhand right but CleaPain ducks down to avoid it. CleaPain looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ryokale moves into the clinch. A short right from Ryokale on the inside. CleaPain is looking to take this one to the mat.

It looks like Sandor CleaPain has been cut. CleaPain blocks an elbow strike. Ryokale tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Ryokale tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage. Ryokale misses with the head strike.
Ryokale pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Ryokale throws a looping overhand right but CleaPain ducks down to avoid it. And CleaPain tries to counter it with a takedown but Ryokale pushes his down on his head and steps out. Ryokale throws a jab but it's blocked by CleaPain. Ryokale throws a nice outside leg kick. Ryokale fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt CleaPain.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Ryokale throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Ryokale fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Ryokale closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. CleaPain blocks a couple of punches on the inside.

CleaPain has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Ryokale is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet. CleaPain drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Ryokale gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Rudo Ryokale has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sandor CleaPain. This has been an exciting period of action! CleaPain blocks a body shot from Ryokale.

CleaPain takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Ryokale wants to get back to full guard. CleaPain content to sit in half guard and control for a moment. Let's hope that CleaPain has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Ryokale looking for submissions from an awkward position here. CleaPain wants to free his trapped foot but Ryokale is holding on for dear life with his legs. CleaPain prevents Ryokale from improving his position. CleaPain tries to pass the half guard into mount. Ryokale knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Ryokale wants to improve his position but CleaPain is controlling well.
Still in half guard, CleaPain seems content to control. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. CleaPain is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Ryokale! CleaPain sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Ryokale sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though. And that is the end of the round. CleaPain tries to move into range but Ryokale moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Ryokale has CleaPain up against the cage in a clinch.

Ryokale seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission. CleaPain looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Ryokale tries to strike from the bottom.

Ryokale is fighting to maintain full guard but CleaPain has managed to sneak the leg through. CleaPain content to control rather than advance. Ryokale might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Ryokale wants to improve his position but CleaPain is controlling well.
CleaPain seems content to maintain position for now, rather than mounting any offense. CleaPain seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Ryokale does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. The crowd applaud as we get ready to start the final round! Ryokale throws an uppercut from half a mile away. CleaPain sees it coming and avoids it easily. Ryokale connects with a single shot there. A low kick from Ryokale misses and CleaPain counters with a nice double leg into guard. CleaPain pushes down on Ryokale's leg and manages to get into half guard. Ryokale is looking for a sweep. CleaPain is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. CleaPain is sneakily working for an arm triangle but Ryokale sees it coming and defends easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. CleaPain is taking a breather. Ryokale says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Ryokale gets full guard. CleaPain content to stall in guard here.

Ryokale is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. CleaPain controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. CleaPain trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Ryokale wants to sweep here but CleaPain controlling him for the moment. Sandor CleaPain has got the better of the ground game so far. CleaPain stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Ryokale swivels though and keeps the full guard. Ryokale is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. CleaPain trying to control the position from guard on top but Ryokale is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Ryokale working a defensive guard here.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. Ryokale works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ryokale misses the jab. Ryokale throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. CleaPain tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Donk. Ryokale catches CleaPain right on the button with a cross.
That has opened up Sandor CleaPain's cut even more. Ryokale is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by CleaPain. CleaPain with the counter takedown but Ryokale avoids it easily. Ryokale uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. Ryokale misses with a low kick as CleaPain jumps back. CleaPain feints the counter takedown. Rudo Ryokale is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A telegraphed right hand from Ryokale misses the target. Ryokale misses with a looping right. CleaPain with the counter takedown but Ryokale avoids it easily. Ryokale loads up on a big right hand but CleaPain slips the punch. CleaPain tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Ryokale throws a series of punches but CleaPain avoids them all with ease. CleaPain is definitely looking for the counter takedowns here. Ryokale connects with a right hand. CleaPain shakes it off. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Ryokale fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
And that's the end of the fight! Rudo Ryokale showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Ryokale, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
