The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wallhead wants to clinch.
Kerr takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Kerr keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Wallhead uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kerr.
Kerr swats away the attempt to clinch by Wallhead.
Kerr misses with a wild body shot.
Kerr connects with a slap. Keep your fist closed son.
Kerr missing with a left hand there. Wallhead was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
Wallhead shoots in but no luck this time.
Wallhead dodges the punch combination from Kerr.
Kerr bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Wallhead's head.
Wallhead closes this distance looking for a takedown but Kerr circles away.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jim Wallhead. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Wallhead drops his hands momentarily and Kerr takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.
Kerr dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Kerr misses with a two punch combination.
Mark Kerr is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.

Kerr tests Wallhead's chin there with a solid looking shot.
Wallhead steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Kerr.
Kerr waving his hands out infront of him, looking to distract Wallhead.
Nice cross by Kerr.
Wallhead pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Wallhead throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Nice uppercut lands for Kerr. That snapped Wallhead's head back.
Wallhead shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Kerr cracks Wallhead with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Wallhead is breathing heavily.
Wallhead avoids the body shot from Kerr.
Some wild striking there from Kerr.
Kerr ducks right into an uppercut from Wallhead.
Kerr connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Wallhead tumbling to the canvas! Kerr pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Wallhead was done - good stoppage!
