Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jayson Tatum (ranked 1284 p4p, 2218 weight class) and Martin Vice (ranked 184 p4p, 295 weight class). Vice has chosen Mojo as his entrance music. Jayson Tatum has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jayson Tatum!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Martin Vice!
The judges for this bout are Percy O'Donnell, Don Winkell and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Vice moves in looking to clinch but Tatum pushes him off.
Tatum takes a swing at Vice's ribcage but misses.
And Vice tries to counter it with a takedown but Tatum pushes his down on his head and steps out.
Vice misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.
Tatum seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.
Tatum throws a big shot that misses.
Vice feints the counter takedown.
Tatum ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Vice moves away.
Tatum pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tatum lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
It looks like Martin Vice has been cut.
Vice looks for a takedown but Tatum sprawls well.
Tatum gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Vice to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Tatum kicks Vice off and gets to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Vice tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Tatum swivels and escapes.
Jayson Tatum has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Martin Vice.
Tatum jabs Vice to the body, keeping him at a distance.
Vice fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Tatum avoids it really well and circles away.
The crowd cheers as Tatum lands an impressive looking overhand right. Vice doesn't seem phased though.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Tatum is looking for an opening here. He's unloaded a big left hand that catches Vice flush on the jaw and sends him tumbling to the canvas! Vice is out cold! Tatum holds back from landing any unnecessary shots to his unconscious opponent, as the referee reacts slowly to the situation. A brutal knockout and then some excellent sportsmanship - this guy is my new favorite fighter!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:13 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jayson Tatum!
Our winner, Jayson Tatum, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
