Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Dan Fieldman (ranked 3158 p4p, 24748 weight class) and Baki Hanma (ranked 271 p4p, 441 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Dan Fieldman!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Baki Hanma!
The judges for this bout are Chris Dean, Steve Erwin and Summer Carpenter.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A cross from Fieldman lands.
Fieldman throws a nice inside leg kick.
Hanma misses with a double jab.
Hanma lands a body shot.
Hanma tries a low kick but Fieldman avoids it.
It looked like Fieldman wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Fieldman moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination.

Hanma throws a half hearted mid kick.
Fieldman keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Nice uppercut lands for Fieldman. That snapped Hanma's head back.

Fieldman lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Hanma misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Fieldman.
Hanma throws out a loose jab but Fieldman uses good head movement to avoid it.
Hanma gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Fieldman.

Hanma doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.
Fieldman rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Hanma moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Hanma throws the left hand but Fieldman avoids the punch easily.

Hanma throws a low kick but his opponent is out of range.
Hanma throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Fieldman digs a good body shot into Hanma's ribs.
Fieldman lands with an overhand left.
Hanma takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
Hanma takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.

It looks like Baki Hanma has been cut.

Hanma gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Fieldman gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
