Coming up we have a middleweight kickboxing rules bout between Jakul DuVicius (ranked 4202 p4p, 4204 weight class) and Allen Douglas (ranked 432 p4p, 433 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Jakul DuVicius!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Allen Douglas!
The judges for this bout are Damien Edna, Ron Honeybunn and Hugh Johnson.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Douglas wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
DuVicius on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
It looks like Jakul DuVicius has been cut.
Douglas misses with a hook to the body
and DuVicius counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
DuVicius scores with a kick to the body.
DuVicius dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Douglas throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
A little feinted left hand from DuVicius on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.
Douglas fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Douglas loads up on a big right hand but DuVicius slips the punch.
Allen Douglas seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Douglas throws a lazy uppercut
and DuVicius counters with a nice body kick.
DuVicius just misses with a punch to the body.
Douglas replies with a solid counter kick to the body but DuVicius blocks it well.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

It looks like Allen Douglas has been cut.
DuVicius seems to be moving with more speed, compared to his last bout. He must have been working on that in the gym.

DuVicius is looking to wear down Douglas with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.

and DuVicius makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Douglas really felt that one!

A looping hook to the body misses from Douglas. DuVicius does a little dance to reset his feet.

and DuVicius counters with a slapping leg kick.

and DuVicius counters with a good, hard body kick but Douglas shrugs it off.
DuVicius comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
DuVicius lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.

DuVicius ducks down and throws a hook to the body.
Ooooh, nice body kick lands from Douglas. DuVicius shrugs it off though.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

and DuVicius counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Douglas thinking.
Douglas lets loose with a powerful body kick. DuVicius will feel that in the morning.
DuVicius lands with a shot to the body.

A solid leg kick lands there for DuVicius.
DuVicius misses with an attempted mid kick.

Douglas swings widly with a right hand
and DuVicius counters nicely by changing levels and landing a hook to the body.
DuVicius digs a good hook to Douglas's body.
A shot to the body from Douglas misses
and as Douglas resets, DuVicius pounces with a savage head kick that drops Douglas to the mat! Douglas looks wobbly but gets back to his feet on the count of 5. The referee continues the count to 8 then steps aside to let these two guys get back at it!
DuVicius closes the distance and catches Douglas with a lead hook that drops him to the canvas! Douglas is clearly dazed and struggling here! 3,4,5,6,7 and Douglas is up to his feet but the referee has called it off! Douglas is still far too wobbly and he's not going to allow the fight to continue! DuVicius takes it!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:47 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Punch). Jakul DuVicius!
After winning the bout, Jakul DuVicius thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
