The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

It looks like Nash Bond has been cut.
Rotel has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Xtreme Fighting Gym in the buildup to the fight.
Bond looks to land a left hand but Rotel moved out of range nicely.

As Rotel backs off Bond throws a huge counter combo but Rotel manages to avoid it all.
Bond has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

It seemed like Bond was going to counter with the hook but didn't fully commit to it.

Rotel will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.

Rotel connects with a left and a right that sees a clearly hurt Bond covering up! Rotel comes in with a big uppercut and Bond goes doooown! He's slumped up against the ropes, eyes staring blankly into space.
