Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 15 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Julius Benedict!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 11 - 20 - 0, fighting out of New York, Torsten Mjölnir!
The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Luis Engracia and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Benedict attempts a low kick but it misses it's target.

Mjölnir tries to move into range but Benedict moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Mjölnir has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
Benedict thuds his right hand into Mjölnir's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.

Benedict ducks into a a hook from Mjölnir and goes down! He looks in a bit of a mess; will he beat the count?! 4,5,6,7,8 - he's up and looking to carry on! The referee looks into his eyes and sees that he's OK to continue!
Mjölnir walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head.
Benedict throws a half hearted mid kick.

and Mjölnir counters with a stiff right hand.
Benedict is rocked!
Mjölnir gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
A slapping leg kick lands for Benedict.
Benedict throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Benedict looks to throw the jab but Mjölnir is out of range.
And an attempted straight right on the counter from Mjölnir! But no joy.
Benedict throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Mjölnir throws a right and a left that both miss.
Benedict misses with a body kick.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Mjölnir throws a body shot but no joy.
Mjölnir takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.

Benedict is really peppering his opponent's head with punches.
Benedict avoids a kick to the body.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Having scored a knockdown, Torsten Mjölnir should take round 1, putting pressure on his opponene back strong in round 2.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.
Benedict throws the left hand but Mjölnir avoids the punch easily.

Nice straight punches there by Mjölnir. You know Roy Jones Jr respects the hands of Mjölnir.
Benedict lands with an uppercut that bounces Mjölnir off the cage and back into range.
Benedict misses with a looping right.
Mjölnir lands with a right, followed by a left to the temple and Benedict goes down! The ref sends Mjölnir to a neutral corner so he can begin the count. 3,4,5,6 and Benedict is back to his feet. He seems a little groggy but the referee thinks he's OK to continue, so we're back to the action!
Oh Benedict is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
It looks like Julius Benedict has been cut.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.

A relieved looking Torsten Mjölnir thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
