Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Casper Conger (ranked 2786 p4p, 3615 weight class) and Dardan Mehmeti (ranked 313 p4p, 385 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Dardan Mehmeti!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Glass and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Conger keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Conger throws a leg kick but Mehmeti sees it coming and moves out of range.
Conger tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Mehmeti is able to avoid easily.
Mehmeti wants to counter the offense by Conger and move into the clinch position.

It looks like Dardan Mehmeti has been cut.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Conger circles away from the clinch attempt.
Conger takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Conger bobs and weaves and throws out a fast jab that snaps Mehmeti's head backwards.
Conger finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.

Conger lands a big uppercut and this one is all over! His foe lies motionless on the canvas - a massive one punch knockout!
