Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Patrick Alders, Paulsen Ambrosius and Aafke Stam.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Black moves out of range of the body kick.
Ocelot is looking to land body kicks.
Ocelot throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Black sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Black shoots in for a takedown but Ocelot shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Ocelot steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
Ocelot missing with a left hand there. Black was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.

and Ocelot counters with a leg kick.
Black tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Ocelot defends well and Black ends up having to push Ocelot into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Black tries to stall but Ocelot uses the opportunity to gain a better position.

Ocelot breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

Ocelot feints and then cracks Black's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Black down.
Oh Black is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Ocelot looks to land a body kick but Black moved away.
Black seems to have got his legs back now.
Black bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Jay Black seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Black throws a right hand that Ocelot ducks under and follows up with a left that Ocelot also avoids with ease.
Ocelot connects with a leg kick. He turned his hip over nicely there.
Ocelot tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Black was well out of range. Poor timing from Ocelot.
Black blocks a jab.
It looked like Black was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Ocelot slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Black shoots in but Ocelot avoids the takedown attempt easily.

Black checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Black seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Black throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Ocelot's waist but Ocelot gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Black off to one side.
A little jabbing left from Ocelot on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Ocelot looks to land a right hand but Black moved out of range.
Ocelot's corner calls for a 1-2. Ocelot obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Ocelot throws a hook but Black blocks it.
A thudding body kick lands there by Ocelot!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Ocelot leaves Black with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Ocelot bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Black moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ocelot cracks Black with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Black swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

and Ocelot counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.

and Ocelot finishes the little exchange by landing a big kick to the body.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Ocelot only half commits to the counter leg kick.

Black looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Ocelot is fending him off so far but Black persists. Nope, Ocelot circles away and we're back to standing.

Black rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Ocelot moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
And Ocelot responds with a good body kick, but Black manages to step out the way in time.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Black. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Revolver Ocelot showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

Revolver Ocelot is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.

Black sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
