Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Block Obama (ranked 3131 p4p, 5103 weight class) and Xi Daerji (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Daerji has a pretty significant injury - he really shouldn't be fighting right now but he's a warrior and he's here none the less! Block Obama had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Tokyo, Xi Daerji!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Obama fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Daerji looks winded!
Obama misses with a looping left.
Daerji fails with the takedown
and Obama counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Obama comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
A punch lands to the side of Daerji 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Obama lunges at Daerji with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Daerji's hand.
Obama fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Daerji misses with a takedown attempt
and Obama counters with a nice right hand that sends Daerji toppling to the canvas! Daerji scrambles and gets back to his feet - can Obama finish him?!
Daerji is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Obama connects with a superb combination that knocks Daerji out cold! The referee charges across the mat and tackles Obama before he can land any more shots to the unconscious Daerji!
