Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pira Nha (ranked 2905 p4p, 2517 weight class) and John Clayton Il (ranked 339 p4p, 304 weight class). Nha comes to the cage accompanied by Vampiro - Metue, Teto, & WIU. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Pira Nha!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, John Clayton Il!
The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Mauricio Rocha and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nha looks to throw the jab but Clayton Il is out of range.
Nha misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Clayton Il.
Nha misses with a wild body shot.
Nha has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Clayton Il finds it's way round the side to connect with Nha's head.
Clayton Il dives in for a single leg takedown but Nha sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
A quick step to the side and Nha tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Clayton Il swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Nha lands with a nice body punch.
Nha throws out a loose jab but Clayton Il uses good head movement to avoid it.
Clayton Il drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Nha defends it well.
Nha takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Clayton Il feints and as Nha raises his hands in defense, Clayton Il changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Clayton Il is looking to work some ground and pound but Nha has wrist control.
Nha has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Clayton Il has passed into side control.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Clayton Il is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard.
Nha wants to sweep but no luck.
Clayton Il stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Nha swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Clayton Il works a leg free and moves into half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Clayton Il is trying to control the action in half guard but Nha is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

The referee calls for the fighters to work.
Clayton Il has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Let's hope that Clayton Il has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Clayton Il fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
Nha just misses with a punch to the body.
Clayton Il lands a slapping body shot.
Clayton Il will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Nha tries to counter by clinching up but Clayton Il breaks away and moves out of range.
Pira Nha is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Clayton Il drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Clayton Il tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Clayton Il has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Clayton Il misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Clayton Il throws a body punch but Nha moves out of range.

A quick step to the side and Nha tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.

Nha looks to score with a jab to the body but Clayton Il is just out of range.

A jab from Clayton Il finds it's way through Nha's defenses.
Clayton Il rushes Nha and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch.
A left hand lands to the body for Nha.
Clayton Il goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Nha stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Clayton Il prevents Nha from standing back up.
Nha tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Clayton Il has advanced to mount. Uh oh.
Nha tries to reverse the position but Clayton Il maintains control.
Clayton Il throwing strikes here but Nha is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
