The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The official calls the fighters to the middle and the contest is under way.
Johnson leaves Kimura with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Johnson drops down looking for a counter takedown but Kimura sprawls and moves away.
Kimura shoots in for a double leg but Johnson sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
