The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Almeda misses with an uppercut
and Almeda takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Almeda walks forward, straight into a front kick from Chai Jr.
Almeda closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Chai Jr lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage.
Chai Jr lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Almeda.

Almeda throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Chai Jr's waist but Chai Jr gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Almeda off to one side.

Almeda on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Almeda fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Chai Jr looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

and Chai Jr counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head.

Akimbo Spice Chai Jr is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Chai Jr circles to his right before unloading a perfect head kick! Almeda drops to the canvas, hurt badly! Chai Jr follows Almeda to the ground and unloads with a series of strikes that force the referee to step in and end the fight! This one is all over!
