Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Freaky Fernando (ranked 369 p4p, 826 weight class) and Zaurbek Temirbekovich (ranked 54 p4p, 115 weight class). I'm sure you'll be fascinated to know that I was talking to some pointless Z list celebrity before the fight and he thought that Zaurbek Temirbekovich was going to win. Let's see if he was right.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the welterweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 14 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Freaky Fernando!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Zaurbek Temirbekovich!
The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, Timothy Bukovac and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Temirbekovich uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Fernando.
Fernando moves to clinch but Temirbekovich breaks away
and Temirbekovich cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Fernando misses with a hook. Temirbekovich ducked under it nicely.
Fernando definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Temirbekovich throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Temirbekovich lands a big uppercut and Fernando crumbles to the floor! The ref thinks about stopping the fight but Fernando looks OK. Temirbekovich waves Fernando back to his feet!
Fernando is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Fernando gets clipped by a big right hand and goes down spinning to the canvas! Temirbekovich gets the back mount and begins to drop bombs on his rocked foe! Fernando is too out of it to defend against the strikes and the referee jumps in to save him from the beatdown!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:23 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Zaurbek Temirbekovich!
