Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Valiente Del Toro (ranked 4390 p4p, 24847 weight class) and Lonnie Fisher (ranked 418 p4p, 482 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Valiente Del Toro has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Valiente Del Toro seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Lonnie Fisher!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Frank Antenori and Don Winkell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Del Toro scores with a sloppy right hand. Fisher should have avoided that one.
Del Toro fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
Del Toro looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Del Toro keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Fisher.
Del Toro appeared to be looking to counter that last move with a leg kick.
Fisher throws a body punch but Del Toro moves out of range.
Fisher throws a shot from downtown. Del Toro moves away and avoids it.
Del Toro throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Fisher stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Fisher throws a hook but Del Toro avoids it easily.
Fisher throws a sloppy body shot
and Del Toro counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Del Toro fakes a jab and scores with a low kick.
A jab lands there for Del Toro.
Del Toro lands with a straight right. Fisher didn't see that one coming.
Fisher closes the distance but Del Toro moves to the side
and Del Toro counters with an outside leg kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Fisher moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Valiente Del Toro seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Del Toro lands a big head kick that sends Fisher tumbling to the mat! Del Toro takes a step backwards and waves Fisher back to his feet - he wants the finish!
It looks like Lonnie Fisher has been cut.

Fisher on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Fisher is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Del Toro throws a leg kick which misses Fisher's front leg but catches the back leg as Fisher tries to avoid it.
Del Toro thumps Fisher with a low kick.

Del Toro lands a glancing blow to the side of Fisher's head.
A telegraphed right hand from Fisher misses the target.

and Del Toro counters with a nice uppercut.
Fisher is still on wobbly legs! Can Del Toro finish him?
Fisher throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Del Toro digs a good body shot into Fisher's ribs.
Fisher seems to have recovered his senses.
Del Toro cracks Fisher with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Del Toro has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Fisher to stand back up!
Del Toro throws a nasty head kick that just misses. He throws another kick to the head of his opponent and almost takes it off! Fisher crumples to the floor and the fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:25 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Valiente Del Toro!
An out of breath Valiente Del Toro thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
