Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Taurino Quiroga (ranked 2289 p4p, 2515 weight class) and Stratton Hartford (ranked 279 p4p, 303 weight class). Hartford has chosen Outshined as his entrance music. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hartford tries to bum rush Quiroga with a series of wild strikes but Quiroga uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Hartford pushes Quiroga away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Quiroga gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
