Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Landen Novak (ranked 4403 p4p, 4099 weight class) and Kameron Garrett (ranked 484 p4p, 469 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Landen Novak!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Kameron Garrett!
The judges for this bout are William Peck, Steve Smith and Yves DeLean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Novak tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Garrett paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Novak gets the takedown into side control.
Garrett tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Novak wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.
Novak has knee on belly and moves into mount.
Novak content just to control the position here.
Novak seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Garrett for as long as he can get away with.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Garrett wants to control but Novak is having none of it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Garrett is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Novak is staying active.
Novak wants to finish this one by submission but Garrett is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Novak.
Novak controlling the pace for now.
Garrett really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Novak. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Novak's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Novak looking to secure an arm triangle but Garrett defends it well.
Novak has control of Garrett's right arm, working for a kimura. It's a bit of a token attempt though and Garrett regains control of the situation pretty easily.

Garrett is wriggling around trying to escape.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Novak has isolated one of Garrett's arms. Garrett looking to fight him off but Novak twists into an armbar. It's tight... Will he tap?? YES, he's tapped! This one is all over!
