The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jones lands a slapping body shot.
James walks into a left hand.
James is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Jones misses the jab.
Jones connects with a good right hand that stumbles James. James circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Jones tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but James was well out of range. Poor timing from Jones.
Jones misses with a straight right.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jones moves into the clinch.
Jones jumps into guard, dragging James to the mat.
James lying in Jones's guard like a wet fish here, stalling away. Jones decides he's had enough of all that nonsense - he escapes his hips and locks up an armbar! Wow, that was slick! James taps! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over!
