It looks like Travis DeLarge has been cut. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Sanchez fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with DeLarge, pushing him back against the cage. A frustrated look appears on Sanchez's face as he tries to break the clinch. DeLarge tries for a takedown. No joy.
DeLarge has Sanchez pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. Sanchez manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing. DeLarge being controlled against the cage. DeLarge is trying to drag Sanchez to the mat but Sanchez just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there. Raul Sanchez has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Travis DeLarge. Sanchez slows down the pace here.

DeLarge keeps control of Sanchez as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks. Sanchez is trying to force a seperation but DeLarge has the dominant position. DeLarge tries for a takedown but Sanchez manages to get underhooks.

Sanchez pulls guard effortlessly. DeLarge trying to move into half guard but instead Sanchez has managed to sweep! Sanchez is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Sanchez has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Sanchez connects with a body shot. Sanchez scores with a hook. DeLarge takes one on the button. DeLarge shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Sanchez steps into range and unloads a brutal right left combo! DeLarge is out on his feet! Sanchez sets himself and nearly takes DeLarge's head off with a straight right, sending him crashing to the mat! Wow, that was nasty... but awesome! Wooo!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:27 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Strikes). Raul Sanchez!
