This TWGC bout is 1 fifteen minute round in the super heavyweight division. Introducing today's competitors. In the red corner, competing out of St Petersburg, with a TWGC record of 10 wins and 13 losses; Trace Mack! And in the blue corner, fighting out of Las Vegas, with a TWGC record of 39 wins and 20 losses; Trip Fontaine!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Gwen Towbar and Robert Twigg.


The fighters connect hands in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Fontaine keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Mack changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Fontaine tries to avoid it but Mack manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Fontaine to the ground. Fontaine escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Fontaine stuffs the takedown attempt from Mack. Mack gets slowly back to his feet.

Fontaine got a little sloppy there for a moment and Mack has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Fontaine has managed to get both his arms back between Mack's legs - danger averted.
