Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Van Lang (ranked 3966 p4p, 3932 weight class) and Zaire Ingram (ranked 435 p4p, 430 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Zaire Ingram!
The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yukihiro Shimada and Hirohito Nitta.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ingram fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Lang, pushing him back against the cage.
Lang prevents a body shot from Ingram.
Ingram working aggressively here.
Ingram tries to work over Lang's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target.
Ingram has a couple of punches blocked by Lang.
Ingram blocks an elbow strike from Lang.
Stalling in the clinch from Lang.

Ingram tries a shoulder strike but it doesn't do any damage.
Ingram tries to throw a body punch but Lang avoids it by throwing Ingram back against the cage.

Ingram tries to bum rush Lang with a series of wild strikes but Lang uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Lang pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Ingram forces Lang back against the cage and clinches.
Lang breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Lang buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Ingram moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.

Ingram works over Lang's head and body with a nice combination.
Ingram throws a big shot that misses.
Lang throws a quick counter head kick but Ingram was just out of range.

Lang feints and then cracks Ingram's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Ingram down.

Ingram chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Lang can pounce on him.

Lang turns his hip over beautifully as he lands a nice leg kick.

A solid leg kick lands there for Lang.
Ingram lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Lang circles away quickly and effectively.
Lang lifts his leg as if looking to counter with a high kick.
Lang lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

Lang shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Lang lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Ingram has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Ingram and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.

Lang looking to throw a kick but he's pulled out of it.
Ingram jabs Lang to the body, keeping him at a distance.

Ingram's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

We've been informed that Ingram has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight.
Lang lands a leg kick that knocks Ingram off balance momentarily.

Lang uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Ingram.

and Lang counters with an inside leg kick.
Lang throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Ingram.
That kick from Lang tenderised Ingram's leg. Ingram is trying to keep his angry face on.
Ingram moves out of range of the leg kick from Lang.

Lang is looking to score with low kicks.
Ingram scores with a shot to the body.
Ingram pushing out the jab but it's not landing.
Lang lands a big head kick that sends Ingram tumbling to the mat! Lang takes a step backwards and waves Ingram back to his feet - he wants the finish!
Ingram is rocked!
Lang looks for a left high kick but can't connect. Lang backs up to catch a breather... no he lunges forward with a huge flying knee that smacks Ingram's temple! It sends Ingram violently to the canvas! The crowd goes nuts as Lang celebrates and the doctors try to help Ingram!
