Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Randall Cunningham!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Cero Dohbopavich!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Don Winkell and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dohbopavich looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Cunningham is fending him off so far but Dohbopavich persists. Nope, Cunningham circles away and we're back to standing.
It looked like Cunningham wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
Cunningham misses with a head kick.
Nice uppercut there from Cunningham.
Cunningham lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
Dohbopavich takes one to the side of the head.
The fight stays on the outside here - Cunningham looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Cunningham definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Cunningham throws a front kick that sends Dohbopavich stumbling back into the cage.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Dohbopavich is working for a takedown up against the cage. He can't get it on this occasion though.

Dohbopavich has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Cunningham avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Dohbopavich has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Randall Cunningham has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Cero Dohbopavich.

Cunningham is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.

Dohbopavich might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Cunningham haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Dohbopavich's corner is telling him to maintain position.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Cunningham wants to sweep but no luck.
Dohbopavich lands a couple of decent looking shots.

If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup.

Cunningham will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.
Cunningham is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet.

Dohbopavich has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Dohbopavich lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Dohbopavich is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Cunningham!

It looks like Randall Cunningham has been cut.
Dohbopavich postures up and cracks his opponent a couple of times before moving back into close ground control. Cunningham looks a forlorn figure.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
