Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lysander Pollio (ranked 1987 p4p, 23959 weight class) and Mimo Mosa (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Pollio might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to I'd Love To Knock The Hell Out Of You. Mimo Mosa has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 10 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Lysander Pollio!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 6 - 0, fighting out of London, Mimo Mosa!
The judges for this bout are Edson Gomes, Thiago Cunha and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mosa drives through with a takedown into guard.
Pollio keeping moving, preventing Mosa from controlling successfully.
Pollio wants to sweep here but Mosa controlling him for the moment.
Pollio trying to punch from his back but it's not doing any damage.
Pollio looking for a sweep. Not yet Pollio, not yet.
Mosa advances to half guard.
Mosa looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mosa is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position.

Pollio avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Mosa.
Pollio flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
Pollio is looking for a sweep. Mosa is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Pollio is looking to get full guard. It looks like he might be successful but at the last minute Mosa jumps into side control!
Pollio on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Pollio tries to get out of the position.
Mosa tries to stand but Pollio is controlling his head.
Mosa fails to land a wild elbow strike.
Pollio is trying to get back to half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Mosa wants to lay and pray for a moment but Pollio keeps working.
Pollio tries to slip a leg under to move to half guard but Mosa presses down on the leg and jumps into full mount!
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Pollio has given up his back. Will we see Mosa going for some submissions?
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Mosa looking to hold on to the position here but Pollio rolls and ends up regaining guard.
Mosa trying to control but Pollio is working from the bottom.
Pollio is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Pollio striking off his back but it's not causing Mosa any problems.
Pollio is looking to stand back up but Mosa counters by passing into half guard. Oops... bit sloppy there by Pollio.
Pollio has a hand on Mosa's thigh, trying to get back to full guard. Mosa takes advantage of the position though and mounts him!

Pollio throwing punches from his back but nothing is landing.
Mosa wants to control but instead Pollio manages to regain half guard.
Mosa throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man.
Pollio tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Mosa sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Pollio defending well though.
Mosa works his way into side control.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Pollio gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.
Mosa keeping composed on the top, looking to control the action.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Mimo Mosa dominated that round.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Mosa swats away the attempt to clinch by Pollio.
Pollio clinches up with Mosa and pushes him back against the cage.
Mosa trying to land knees to the body.
Pollio tries to pull guard but Mosa forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Mosa pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Pollio scores with a takedown into Mosa's guard.
Pollio working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Mosa's head.

Mosa is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Pollio rolls with it to try and escape but Mosa cranks on the arm and Pollio is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
