Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Thiago Jordao (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ference Gabor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Thiago Jordao has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Gabor fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Jordao sprawls well initially but Gabor persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Jordao is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
Jordao is trying to control but can't.
Jordao wants to improve his position but Gabor is controlling well.

Gabor is working for a submission of some sort.

Gabor is looking for a kimura here.
Jordao is not content to let Gabor control the position.

Gabor moves into full mount! Jordao won't be happy about that!

Jordao defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Gabor.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Gabor throws a sloppy strike and Jordao uses the opportunity to reverse the position! A bit of a scramble here and Jordao has ended up in Gabor's guard.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Gabor closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Jordao to the mat! Jordao manages to get full guard.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Jordao throws a body kick that digs right into the meat.
Jordao misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Gabor blocks the body kick.

Gabor closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Jordao did well to prevent Gabor getting side control.

Gabor is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

Gabor looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.

Gabor takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Jordao turning a nasty shade of purple. He's refusing to tap but he's gone! He's out! The ref rips Gabor off and cradles Jordao's limp body as Gabor celebrates with his corner.
