Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jordan Sandoval!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Starkad Uchiha!
The judges for this bout are Elvis Blanc, Ian Loll and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sandoval throws out a token jab with nothing on it.
Uchiha throws a body punch but Sandoval moves out of range.
Uchiha moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.
Sandoval lunges in with an uppercut that skims his opponent's chin.
A jab from Sandoval misses.
Uchiha steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Sandoval.
Sandoval scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Sandoval's corner calls for a 1-2. Sandoval obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Sandoval lands a nice shot that snaps Uchiha's head back.
Sandoval getting the better of the striking in that exchange.
Sandoval leaves Uchiha with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Sandoval throwing a counter right hand but Uchiha manages to avoid it.
Sandoval cracks Uchiha with an open hand slap.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Sandoval fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
The fighters circling - Sandoval throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Uchiha closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
Sandoval tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.
We're hearing some news coming in from back stage. It's official - Uchiha has eaten all the pies!
Uchiha swings around for an armbar and he's got it! Wow, that came out of nowhere! What a finish!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:31 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Starkad Uchiha!
