Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eddie Bjornsson (ranked 1014 p4p, 1870 weight class) and Lukasz Patryk (ranked 128 p4p, 218 weight class). Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the heavyweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 26 - 14 - 1, fighting out of London, Eddie Bjornsson!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 10 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Lukasz Patryk!
The judges for this bout are Steve Smith, William Peck and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Patryk tries to clinch but Bjornsson moves out of range.
Bjornsson takes a swing at Patryk's ribcage but misses.
Patryk shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Bjornsson's guard.
Patryk wants to control from the top but Bjornsson keeps moving.

Bjornsson has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Bjornsson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Patryk swivels though and keeps the full guard.

Bjornsson slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.
Patryk is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Bjornsson presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Patryk is looking for a sweep.
Patryk seems a little lost for a moment, as Bjornsson dominates the positioning.
Bjornsson cracks Patryk with a big right hand but Patryk just smiles back at him and invites him to have another go.

Bjornsson has Patryk pressed up against the cage. He's trying to work for a single leg takedown. Bjornsson pulls back from the cage and twists to the side, sending Patryk tumbling to the mat - Bjornsson dives into Patryk's guard.

Patryk had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Bjornsson defends it easily.

Bjornsson has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Patryk's face.
We've been hearing that Bjornsson has been drilling a lot of ground and pound in training, so let's see if he get the finish.

During a confident post fight interview, Eddie Bjornsson thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
Lukasz Patryk was interviewed post fight and said 'I will never give up!'.
