Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Sss Sss (ranked 22723 p4p, 22724 weight class) and Sss Sss (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Sss Sss has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 25 - 130 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sss Sss! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 124 - 32 - 2, fighting out of Las Vegas, Sss Sss! The judges for this bout are Gwen Towbar, Wesley Smith and Chris Downing.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight. Fighter B dives in and grabs Fighter A's left leg, looking for a takedown. Fighter A pushes down on Fighter B's head and hops out. Fighter B fails with a takedown attempt. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter B shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Fighter A as he avoids it easily. It appears Fighter A was looking to counter with a kick there. Sss Sss has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Sss Sss. Fighter A shoots in for a double leg but Fighter B sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Fighter B replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Fighter A blocks it well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter A fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Fighter B sprawls well initially but Fighter A persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Fighter B wants to get back to his feet.
Fighter A wants to take a breather but Fighter B is having none of it. Fighter B holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now. Fighter B's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Fighter A wants to lay and pray for a moment but Fighter B keeps working. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up. Fighter B controlling the position well.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Fighter A moves out of range of the leg kick from Fighter B. Fighter A thinks about countering with a body kick. Fighter A slaps away a takedown attempt from Fighter B, before circling back to the center of the mat. Fighter A attempts a counter takedown but Fighter B avoids it well and moves away.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter A shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Fighter A showed some decent athleticism there. Fighter A is taking a breather. Fighter B says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fighter B is trying to control but can't.
Fighter B preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head. Fighter A is figuring out what he wants to do next. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Sss Sss dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! Fighter A misses with a takedown attempt - Fighter B sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Fighter A fails with a takedown attempt. Fighter B replies with a solid counter kick to the body but Fighter A blocks it well. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter A leaves Fighter B with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter B shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Fighter A as he jumps to the side. Fighter A is looking to counter with a body kick. Fighter A feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Fighter B keeping moving, preventing Fighter A from controlling successfully. Fighter B wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter B is pulling down on Fighter A's head to control his posture.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Fighter B stuffs the takedown attempt from Fighter A. Fighter A gets slowly back to his feet. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Sss Sss. That's going to take a lot out of him. Fighter B closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Fighter B controlling the position from side mount. Fighter A tries to buck Fighter B off but Fighter B is having none of it. You can see the frustration on Fighter A's face as Fighter B controls the position. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! More stalling from Fighter B. Fighter B with more of the same as he continues to hold on. We may be looking at a referee standup if the pace doesn't pick up soon. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Sss Sss showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Fighter A's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round! Fighter A throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Fighter B's waist but Fighter B gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Fighter A off to one side. Fighter B closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Fighter A's guard. Fighter B is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Fighter A is trying to control the position from the bottom.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fighter B controls from within his opponent's guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter B is continuing to stall. Fighter A avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Fighter A is trying to keep Fighter B in close.
Fighter B stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Fighter A swivels though and keeps the full guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Fighter B gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Fighter A counters with a nice body kick.
Fighter B drives through with a takedown into guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter A has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Fighter B content to stall in guard here.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Fighter A seems keen to control Fighter B's posture. The referee is asking the fighters to pick up the pace. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Fighter B controlling from the top position.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
And that's the end of the fight! Sss Sss comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. I think Fighter B has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
