Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Niall Ferguson (ranked 122 p4p, 342 weight class) and Bobojo Makoba (ranked 17 p4p, 45 weight class). Makoba comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Zilbacore 2097 kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Bobojo Makoba has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Niall Ferguson's chin.

And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 15 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Bobojo Makoba!
The judges for this bout are Donatello Bradman, Bruno Hogan and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ferguson misses with a hook to the body
and Makoba counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Ferguson thinking.
Makoba punishes Ferguson's body with a nice straight punch.
Makoba blocks a head kick by Ferguson.
Makoba misses with a wild body shot.
As Makoba looks to move away, Ferguson throws a big counter combo but Makoba just gets out of the way.
Makoba scores with a jab.
It looks like Niall Ferguson has been cut.
Makoba cracks Ferguson with an open hand slap.
Ferguson shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
Some bone on bone action there as Ferguson checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

A looping hook to the body misses from Makoba. Ferguson does a little dance to reset his feet.

and Makoba counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.

Makoba uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before Ferguson has time to react.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Makoba has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.
Makoba throws a low kick but Ferguson moves out of range easily.

Ferguson went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected.
Makoba uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Ferguson.
Ferguson throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Makoba steps in looking to counter with the mid kick but it doesn't connect.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Bobojo Makoba dominated that round.
Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval.
That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

That has opened up Bobojo Makoba's cut even more.
Ferguson lunges at Makoba with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Makoba's hand.
Ferguson cracks Makoba with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Ferguson has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Makoba to stand back up!

Ferguson lands an uppercut out of nowhere! Makoba falls backwards - clearly groggy! Ferguson dives in and finishes the fight with more strikes for a TKO finish!
