The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Shigeki Sano and Kenichi Hosakawa.
The fighters bow as they face eachother in the middle of the mat and we are under way.
Wang gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.
Lemaire is trying to pull guard but Wang has him pressed against the ropes.

Lemaire seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Wang does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
Wang preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.

Wang holds on to Lemaire as tight as he can, avoiding damage.
Lemaire wants to take Wang's back but he can't do it this time.
Wang reaches up to try and control the position but Lemaire seems to have an arm triangle now! Uh oh! Wang rolls and tries to escape and now Lemaire has his back!

Wang tries to escape but Lemaire has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
