Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Big Daddy (ranked 122 p4p, 610 weight class) and Clarence Boston (ranked 11 p4p, 57 weight class). Clarence Boston will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 14 - 7 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Big Daddy! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 11 - 9 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Clarence Boston! The judges for this bout are Ian Loll, Elvis Blanc and Robert Douchet.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Daddy misses with a left hand letting Boston counter with a right hand. Daddy fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Boston to the ground. Daddy is now in Boston's guard. Daddy is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Boston is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Boston holds on and takes a little breather. Boston preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Boston controls Daddy momentarily but Daddy frees himself. Boston keeping moving, preventing Daddy from controlling successfully. Boston is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Daddy wants to pass the guard but Boston is keeping the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Boston has his foot on Daddy's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Daddy works his way back into a safe position though. Daddy postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Daddy being controlled here momentarily. Daddy cracks Boston with a solid left hand. Boston controlling Daddy's posture.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Daddy scoring with some ground and pound. Boston is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Daddy defends well. Boston being controlled here, momentarily. Boston uses the cage to get back to his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Daddy tries for a takedown but Boston sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. A countering left hand to the body from Boston misses. Daddy throws a hook but Boston blocks it. Boston lands with a nice combination. Daddy backs away looking to recover. Boston connects with a good right hand that stumbles Daddy. Daddy circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Daddy shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. Daddy throws a strike but Boston manages to get a kimura sweep and he's found himself on top with the kimura half locked in! This would be a real turnaround! He's torquing it... Will Daddy tap??? YES! He's tapped! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:50 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Clarence Boston! Clarence Boston is the new featherweight champion! Clarence Boston bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
