Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Max Kinnaman (ranked 4724 p4p, 4041 weight class) and Bal Rog (ranked 448 p4p, 418 weight class). Max Kinnaman has the edge in experience - let's see if he can make that count tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Max Kinnaman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Bal Rog! The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Stewart Dunkirk and Cecil Peabody.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kinnaman throws a nice looking combination but Rog bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Rog shoots in but no luck this time. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Kinnaman is defended easily by Rog. Kinnaman keeps the fight on the outside. Rog gets caught napping as Kinnaman dives in and scores a takedown. Rog manages to retain guard. Rog uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Kinnaman drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kinnaman sitting in guard here, content to control. Rog wants to stand up but Kinnaman is controlling him. Rog working a defensive guard here.

Rog shoots in for a double leg but Kinnaman sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Kinnaman shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Rog as he jumps to the side.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kinnaman rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Rog moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Rog drives through and clinches with Kinnaman against the cage.
Rog goes for a takedown attempt but Kinnaman pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Rog shoots and misses and Kinnaman decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Rog's guard. Max Kinnaman has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bal Rog. Rog is looking for a triangle but Kinnaman pushes his legs off easily.

Kinnaman shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Kinnaman swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. Kinnaman drives through with a takedown into Rog's guard. Let's see what he can do from the top position. Rog is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Kinnaman presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat. Rog pulls guard successfully.

He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

And that's the end of the fight! That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Max Kinnaman. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Kinnaman, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent.
