Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Reuhl Rerzi (ranked 3856 p4p, 3878 weight class) and Hank Hoolan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Reuhl Rerzi! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Hank Hoolan! The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, Paul Tew and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hoolan clinches up against the cage. Rerzi is trying to pull guard but Hoolan turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Rerzi tries to stall but Hoolan uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Rerzi breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Rerzi changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hoolan tries to avoid it but Rerzi manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hoolan to the ground. Hoolan escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Hoolan gets a double leg takedown into Rerzi's guard. Hoolan stays in close to Rerzi's body and controls the position. Hoolan chips away with some ground and pound. Hoolan has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Rerzi is proving hard to escape from. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rerzi has momentary wrist control but Hoolan slips an elbow through the middle. Rerzi working a defensive guard but Hoolan manages to pass into side control anyway.
You can see the frustration on Rerzi's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Hoolan grinds an elbow into Rerzi's temple. A lull in the action here as Hoolan stalls from top position. Hoolan is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Rerzi looks calm but he's in trouble here. Hoolan gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Rerzi is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Hoolan lets go of the hold and Rerzi can pop his arm back in it's socket.
