Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Pedro Quarto (ranked 3624 p4p, 2521 weight class) and Andreas Burns (ranked 390 p4p, 305 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Pedro Quarto!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Andreas Burns!
The judges for this bout are Francis DeMontford, Damien Edna and Chris Dean.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Quarto takes a body punch but keeps moving.
Burns walks into a left hand.
Burns looks to score with a jab to the body but Quarto is just out of range.
Quarto looks to land a right hand but Burns moved out of range.
Quarto lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Quarto moves out of range as Burns strikes.
A swing and a miss from Quarto.
Burns ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Quarto moves away.
Quarto has been working on his boxing with his coaches at Tea Time Takedowns in the buildup to the fight.
Burns gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Quarto fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.

Burns fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Quarto lands a big head kick that sends Burns tumbling to the mat! Quarto takes a step backwards and waves Burns back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Burns throws a lazy right hand but Quarto sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Quarto's corner calls for a 1-2. Quarto obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Quarto throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
A little jabbing left from Burns on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Burns tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Quarto was well out of range. Poor timing from Burns.
Quarto swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Burns pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Quarto back to the cage. Burns follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.

Quarto throws a head kick but Burns moves out of range.
Pedro Quarto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Quarto is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Burns.
Burns cracks Quarto with a right hand to the side of the head.
Burns lands with a shot to the body.
Burns scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Quarto looks to score with a jab to the body but Burns is just out of range.
Quarto will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Quarto gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Burns throws an overhand right that lands on Quarto's shoulder, as Quarto tries to avoid the shot.

Quarto ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Burns moves away.

Quarto takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Burns avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Quarto takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
Burns stuns Quarto with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
Quarto lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Burns circles away quickly and effectively.
Burns looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Burns shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Quarto eats them both and turns towards Burns to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.
Quarto slips under a jab from Burns.
Burns misses with an uppercut. Quarto saw that one coming.
Quarto throws a right hand that misses
and Quarto takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Sloppy strikes from Quarto. Those never looked like landing.
Quarto misses with a low kick.
The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end.
Burns lands a head shot.
Quarto is rocked!
Burns dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
Quarto is breathing heavily.
Burns throws a lazy right hand but Quarto sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Quarto was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
A jab from Burns does it's job there.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Andreas Burns dominated that round.
The cut man is working on Andreas Burns's cut.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Burns drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Quarto right on the button. Quarto goes down! Burns follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Burns gets the win via TKO!

Andreas Burns decided to hype himself up post fight. It was going well but he went on about it a bit too long and the crowd turned on him a little.
