Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Adrian Jones!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Kaleb Estrada!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Alyssa Summers and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Estrada misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Jones seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Jones shoots in for a double leg but Estrada sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Jones is defended easily by Estrada.
Estrada unleashes a big counter combination but Jones bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.
Jones slips a jab from Estrada.
Estrada rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Jones moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Jones seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter.
A left lands for Estrada.
Estrada is looking to clinch.
Estrada moves in looking to clinch but Jones pushes him off.
Estrada cracks Jones with a right hand to the side of the head.
A swing and a miss from Estrada.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jones has taken the fight to the clinch.
Estrada is trying to break the clinch but Jones is controlling him.
Jones jumps guard but Estrada stands there with Jones around his waist. Jones gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Adrian Jones. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Estrada tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Jones drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Estrada gets the underhooks and prevents it.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Jones is looking to take this one to the mat.
Estrada working some nice short punches in the clinch.
Jones escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Estrada closes the distance and lands a vicious right hand that drops Jones! Estrada dives in looking to finish! Jones is still trying to defend himself but he's taking too many shots and the referee has no choice but to stop the fight!
