Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Vidar Engberg (ranked 2085 p4p, 2293 weight class) and George West (ranked 246 p4p, 262 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Vidar Engberg!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, George West!
The judges for this bout are Timothy Bukovac, Percy O'Donnell and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
West blocks a jab.
West moving in and out of range nicely, whilst landing the scoring shot.
West shoots in but Engberg avoids the takedown attempt easily.
West scores with a jab to the jaw.
Engberg moves out of range as West throws a body kick.
A jab lands there for West.
Engberg connects with a crisp jab.
West tests Engberg's chin there with a solid looking shot.
West is trying hard to land a takedown here. Engberg sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet.
Engberg ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Engberg dodges the punch combination from West.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
West catches Engberg with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
West has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
West will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
West has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from West there as he acknowledges the shot.
West fails to land with a series of punches.

West takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Engberg throws a combination but it was largely blocked by West.
Engberg slips under a jab from West.
West throws the left hand but Engberg avoids the punch easily.

Engberg lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
West has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
West breaks the clinch.

West connects with a body shot that sends Engberg's belly button to the back.
Engberg avoids the head kick by West.
West digs a good body shot into Engberg's ribs.

West swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.

We've been told by Engberg's head coaches at The Tank Factory that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.
West throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Engberg blocks a jab.

West throws a shot to the body.
West is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Engberg.
Engberg digs a good hook to West's body.
West misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
West lands a jab followed by a nice looking cross.
Engberg takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
A chopping leg kick lands by West.

Engberg steps to the side to avoid the strikes from West.

Engberg was looking to counter that move with a punch but didn't quite pull the trigger.
Engberg cracks West with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
West might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Engberg lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Engberg scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
West is rocked!
West is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Engberg doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! West crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in West's bad books for that mishap!
