Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Adam Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Franko Maslov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Maslov has chosen Naj,Naj as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, William Gold and Richard Clark.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Maslov looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Williams shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Williams showed some decent athleticism there.
Maslov won't allow Williams to pass to mount.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Williams prevents Maslov from standing back up.

Williams decides to stand and escape the position.
Williams tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Maslov swivels and escapes.

Maslov throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Williams.
Williams tries to keep at a distance but Maslov has taken the fight into the clinch.
Maslov gets control of Williams's arms and successfully pulls guard. Maslov will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.

Williams blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Maslov's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

Adam Williams seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Maslov doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Williams counters with a nice double leg into guard.

The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Maslov is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Williams is controlling him.
Maslov is using up a lot of energy trying to get back to his feet. Perhaps he should improve his position first.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Maslov manages to escape and get back to his feet.
Williams fails with the takedown
and Maslov holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Maslov breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Maslov tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Maslov moves in looking to clinch but Williams pushes him off.
Maslov shoots in looking for a takedown. Williams tries to sprawl out of it but Maslov keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Williams manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

Maslov instigates a clinch.
Williams jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Maslov walks away with a smile on his face. Williams gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Franko Maslov showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Maslov wants to lay and pray for a moment but Williams keeps working.
Maslov might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Williams kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.

Maslov has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Williams is proving hard to escape from.

Franko Maslov comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Maslov has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
